One of these is in Word 2.0 format, and the other is in Word 97 format. They are both document templates, and have genaric information for our squadron already filled out. Currently, they do not have specific state information for CT, and RI filled out, so it does not matter which you download. If you live outside of either one of these states, it still makes no difference which you download.
If you are not sure whether or not you have Winzip, than take the selfextracting file, and open it when it finishes downloading.
